How do we know which product fits our organization?
We start with a scoping call: organization size, current environment, main risks, regulatory requirements and budget. Based on that we recommend one solution or a combination - and sometimes what not to buy.
We already bought a product - can we get just deployment or management?
Yes. ELPC deploys, hardens and manages products you’ve already purchased, including a review of the current configuration and closing gaps.
Can we run a pilot before buying?
For most products a limited pilot or POC is possible, subject to vendor policy. It’s the best way to confirm fit before committing.
Can we buy licensing only through you?
Yes, you can buy licensing through ELPC. The full value, though, comes when licensing is paired with proper deployment and managed service.
Who provides support after deployment?
ELPC’s team provides ongoing support and manages the relationship with the vendor when needed, so you have a single point of contact.
