What does “trusted advisor” mean in practice?
Beyond day-to-day operations, ELPC supports management in technology decisions: work plan and budget, security priorities, regulatory readiness and product selection - with regular management meetings and transparent reporting.
How do we get started with ELPC?
It starts with a short scoping call and a gap assessment. From there we build a management-approved work plan, and onboarding and stabilization take about 90 days, depending on the size of the organization.
