CrowdStrike
Cloud-native protection, from endpoint to identity.

The CrowdStrike Falcon platform protects endpoints, identities and cloud workloads with one lightweight agent - and ELPC deploys, tunes and manages it as part of our managed security services.

About the product

What is CrowdStrike?

CrowdStrike Falcon is a cloud-native security platform that unifies next-gen antivirus (NGAV), endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR), identity protection and cloud security - in one lightweight agent and one console.

ELPC designs the policies, rolls out the agent in phases, monitors and handles alerts, and connects Falcon to the rest of your IT and security stack.

Capabilities

What you get with CrowdStrike.

NGAV & EDR

Prevents malware and ransomware, and detects and responds to suspicious endpoint behavior.

XDR

Correlates events across endpoints, identities, cloud and email.

Identity protection

Real-time detection of attacks on credentials and Active Directory.

Cloud security

Protection for workloads, containers and cloud environments.

Threat intelligence

Adversary insight that feeds your defenses.

Falcon Complete

CrowdStrike's managed MDR service for round-the-clock detection and response.

What's in the platform

One agent, one console, protection from endpoint to cloud.

Endpoint protection (NGAV & EDR)

Prevents malware and ransomware and detects suspicious behavior on workstations and servers, with remote isolation of a compromised device.

Identity protection

Detects credential abuse, lateral movement and attacks on Active Directory and Entra ID, including risk-based MFA enforcement.

Cloud security

Visibility and protection for workloads, containers and cloud configurations across AWS, Azure and GCP from the same platform.

Exposure management

Maps assets, vulnerabilities and attack surface and prioritizes fixes by real-world risk.

Next-Gen SIEM & automation

Centralizes logs and events from Falcon and third-party sources, with automated response workflows (SOAR).

Threat intelligence & hunting

Insight into adversary groups and techniques, plus proactive hunting for suspicious activity that didn't trigger an alert.

Why endpoint protection is no longer just "antivirus"

Most attacks today don't start with a known malware file. Attackers use stolen credentials, legitimate operating system tools and quiet movement between machines, so signature-based antivirus simply doesn't see them. A single ransomware incident can halt business operations for days, expose personal data of customers and employees, and trigger a notification obligation to the Privacy Protection Authority.

CrowdStrike Falcon is built around a simple idea: one lightweight agent collects telemetry from the device and streams it to the cloud, where analysis, correlation and detection happen. There is no on-premises management server to maintain, and the same agent activates additional modules as needed.

  • Lower risk of a ransomware incident and prolonged system downtime.
  • Detection of identity-based attacks and credential theft, not only file-based threats.
  • Unified visibility across endpoints, servers, identities and cloud in one place.
  • A full record of the attack chain for investigation, reporting and audit.

What you get

  • The Falcon agent deployed across all endpoints and servers, with prevention policies tailored to each device group.
  • A staged sensor update policy - a test group first, before rollout to the whole organization.
  • Integration with your identity systems (Active Directory / Entra ID) and identity protection rules in place.
  • Documented exclusions for business applications, reducing false positives without opening gaps.
  • Alert monitoring, investigation and initial response - including host isolation and killing malicious processes.
  • Periodic management reports on protection status, incidents handled and open gaps.

Why deploy CrowdStrike with ELPC

A tool is only as strong as the policy configured in it and the people watching its alerts. ELPC deploys and manages Falcon as part of our managed IT and security services, so one team knows your infrastructure, your users and your incidents.

  • Assessment and design: asset mapping, policy groups and a phased rollout plan that doesn't disrupt daily work.
  • Tuning: building exclusions, gradually hardening prevention policies and integrating with existing systems.
  • Ongoing management: monitoring, alert handling and initial incident response by our SecOps team, with Hebrew-speaking support.
  • Falcon Complete integration: where vendor MDR is needed, ELPC manages the operational interface with your organization.

On the regulatory side, Falcon provides controls and logging that help meet the requirements of Israel's Information Security Regulations and Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR. As part of deployment, ELPC also supports vendor due diligence: CrowdStrike's SOC 2 and ISO 27001 reports, the data processing agreement (DPA) and choice of data hosting region.

The ELPC difference

Not just a license - a managed service.

The product is only half the solution. ELPC’s team designs, deploys and operates it as part of your IT and security department.

  • Policy design and phased agent rollout
  • Alert monitoring and handling by our SecOps team
  • Incident investigation and initial response
  • Vendor due diligence: SOC 2 / ISO 27001, DPA and data residency
FAQ
What is CrowdStrike Falcon?

CrowdStrike Falcon is a cloud-native security platform that protects endpoints, servers, identities and cloud workloads with one lightweight agent and one management console. It combines next-gen antivirus (NGAV), detection and response (EDR/XDR), identity protection, exposure management and SIEM.

How is CrowdStrike different from regular antivirus?

Traditional antivirus relies mainly on signatures of known malware. Falcon analyzes behavior in real time, detects abuse of legitimate tools and stolen credentials, and lets you investigate and respond to an incident - for example, remotely isolating a device from the network.

What's the difference between Falcon Insight and Falcon Complete?

Falcon Insight is the EDR/XDR module - the technology that detects and records suspicious activity. Falcon Complete is CrowdStrike's managed MDR service, where the vendor's team monitors and responds to incidents around the clock. ELPC can manage Falcon directly or integrate Falcon Complete, depending on your needs and budget.

Is CrowdStrike suitable for a small business?

Yes. CrowdStrike offers bundles suited to small and mid-sized businesses (such as Falcon Go and Falcon Pro), and because management is in the cloud there's no on-premises server. With monitoring and alert handling managed by ELPC, the business gets enterprise-grade protection without building an in-house security team.

How long does a CrowdStrike deployment take?

Deploying the agent itself is relatively quick, but a proper rollout includes assessment, phased deployment, a learning period and tuning of policies and exclusions. The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the environment, and ELPC sets a clear schedule during the assessment phase.

How do you make sure an agent update doesn't take the organization down?

Falcon lets you define sensor update policies per device group. ELPC sets up a test group that receives updates first, and only then rolls them out gradually to the rest of the organization and to critical systems.
