What is Juniper Mist AI?
Mist AI is Juniper's cloud network management platform. It uses machine learning to monitor the user experience across wireless, wired and WAN, detects issues, analyzes their root cause and suggests remediation, and lets you manage the entire network from one console.
What does Marvis do?
Marvis is the Mist AI virtual assistant. You can ask it in natural language about a user, device or site, and it surfaces open issues such as a faulty cable, poor WiFi coverage or a DHCP problem, together with the likely cause.
Which Juniper switches are right for our organization?
EX switches suit the access layer and campus and branch networks, while higher-end EX and QFX models suit distribution, core and data center. The choice depends on user count, PoE needs, speeds and growth plans - ELPC recommends a model after a needs assessment.
Do we need a WiFi survey before installing access points?
It is strongly recommended. A WiFi survey plans the number and placement of access points according to the office layout, building materials and user density, and avoids dead zones, interference and unnecessary equipment purchases.
Can we migrate to Juniper from another vendor's network?
Yes. ELPC plans a phased migration, sometimes site by site, keeping or improving existing VLAN, routing and security settings, within maintenance windows that minimize downtime.
How does a Juniper network support Israel's Privacy Protection Law Amendment 13?
The network enables segmentation of systems holding sensitive data, network access authentication (802.1X), guest network separation and event logging. These controls help meet the requirements of Amendment 13 and ISO 27001, as part of a broader security and procedures framework.
