Amendment 13 to Israel’s Privacy Protection Law (in force since August 2025) changed the picture. Organizations that hold sensitive customer data are now required to demonstrate proper controls - not just declare them.
This is no longer just an IT department issue. Business customers, insurers and public bodies are asking for documents: site documentation, information security procedures, a backup plan and up-to-date network diagrams.
ELPC works in line with ISO 27001, ISO 27799 and ISO 9001. For you, this means the procedures and controls you need to present are built as part of the ongoing service - not in a last-minute rush before an audit. Your network infrastructure is part of the picture too, because network segmentation and access control are part of the requirements.

Managed information security services (SecOps) are essential for any business that wants to protect its data and assets. They give the organization comprehensive security coverage tailored to its specific needs, and include a wide range of activities:
Logical and physical hardening of the organization’s infrastructure by deploying advanced technologies and enabling APT/UPT mechanisms in the security products the company already owns, using a proven, dedicated methodology.
Logical and physical hardening of the organization’s infrastructure by deploying advanced NAC products and enabling UPT mechanisms in the security products the company already owns, using a proven, dedicated methodology.
Broad, dedicated deployment of advanced protection and investigation products for computers, servers, laptops and more - IT and OT alike - including proactive feeds and MDR services with forensic collection, management and investigation.
Managing the organization’s information security as a service: preventing security breaches, defining and enforcing procedures, and working with management teams to protect the company’s sensitive data.
“Serious information security has three layers that need to work together: physical security of the place where the systems are located, hardening of hardware and software, and managing access to the data itself. Periodic risk assessments, employee training and a clear plan for the day after an incident are an integral part of the answer.”
Managing, consulting on and implementing information security and cyber solutions for your organization: we tailor a professional information security solution that fits your organization. Information security is the practice of protecting computer systems against the risks that threaten them.
In a world where information is an organization’s most valuable asset, proper information security starts with precise knowledge of the IT assets that drive that information, and it is an integral part of properly managed IT services for businesses - whether you have 20 employees or 500. Your customer data, financial data and operational information are worth as much to someone trying to harm you as they are to you.
The risk doesn’t disappear even if your systems are isolated from the internet; direct physical access can cause the same damage. That is exactly why protecting databases against unauthorized access - whether customer information, business data or other sensitive information - is a core component of any serious information security program.
We’ve gathered the questions organizations ask most often before moving to outsourced information security management. If your question isn’t here, you can always talk to the ELPC team.
Antivirus scans individual files on a single computer. It can’t see what’s happening across the network, on servers, in the cloud or in the organization’s mailboxes. Managed security services, like the ones you get from ELPC, look at the entire environment at once - endpoints, network, email and cloud - and correlate signals to detect an attack before it spreads. An attacker who gets past a single antivirus usually doesn’t stop there; they keep moving through the network until someone notices. That’s why organizations with 20 to 500 employees can’t rely on antivirus alone: they need a team that monitors, detects and responds in real time, not just software running in the background waiting for a suspicious file.
ELPC’s service is designed precisely for companies of this size. An organization with 50 to 100 employees already holds enough sensitive data, remote access and cloud systems to be an attractive target, but usually doesn’t have an in-house security team that can respond 24/7. Hiring and running such a team independently costs more than a mid-sized company can justify. At ELPC we scale the service to the size of the organization, so you get protection at the level of a full external security department - without building it yourself and without paying for infrastructure you don’t need.
It depends on your existing environment, but in most cases it takes weeks, not months. We start by reviewing your existing systems, map where you’re exposed, and then implement the tools without disrupting day-to-day operations. You keep running the business as usual while the transition happens in the background.
Yes. ELPC integrates endpoint protection, Microsoft 365 Security, firewall, EDR/XDR, monitoring, permissions management, email protection, backups and Business Continuity as part of ongoing IT management.
The ELPC team monitors 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. An incident detected at night is handled right then, not the next morning. That’s the difference between an incident stopped within minutes and one that turns into a full outage costing the organization days of work and customer trust. If you want to know someone is awake even while you sleep, that’s exactly what you get from ELPC.
No. ELPC doesn’t come in to wipe out what already works for you. The first step is always mapping your existing environment: which systems you have, how they connect to each other and what already provides a reasonable answer - and we build from there, not from scratch. Where there’s a real gap, such as an unprotected endpoint or an unfiltered mailbox, we add a layer of protection. Where an existing system does the job, we simply connect it to central monitoring. That keeps the cost proportional to the size of the organization, and your team doesn’t have to learn a new system from zero in a week.
Yes. Part of the initial assessment is mapping gaps against the regulatory requirements relevant to your organization. ELPC works in line with ISO 27001, ISO 27799 and ISO 9001, so the controls and procedures you need to present are built as part of the ongoing work - not in a last-minute rush before an audit.
